Social isolation is a condition in which an individual experiences a decline or even cannot interact with other people around him. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of family psychoeducation on the ability to treat clients with social isolation at Sugio Health Center, Lamongan Regency. The design of this research was pre-experimental one group pretest-posttest. A total of 37 respondents obtained by accidental sampling technique. The research instrument was a questionnaire. The data were analyzed by using the Wilcoxon statistical test. Based on the results of the study, it showed that before being given psychoeducation, almost all families (85.2%) were less able to take care of social isolation clients and 5.8% of families’ ability to treat social isolation clients was good. After being given psychoeducation treatment, almost all of the family (9.1%) had good abilities and 2.9% were less able to treat the social isolation clients. Data analysis used the Wilcoxon test with a significance level of p=<0.05. Significant value in family psychoeducation was p=0.000. Then, there was an effect of family psychoeducation on the ability to treat isolation clients at the Sugio Public Health Center, Lamongan Regency. Keywords: Family Psychoeducation, Family Ability
