Abstraksi

This study aims to analyze the effect of transformational leadership, training and organizational culture on the performance of employees of PT Duta Merpati Indonesia in Paciran Lamongan. The population in this study were all employees who worked at PT Duta Merpati Indonesia in Paciran Lamongan. In this study, the sample amounted to 52 respondents selected using the total sampling method. Instrument tests with reliability tests and instrument validity tests, and multivariate data quality requirements are carried out by classical assumption tests. Data analysis methods, descriptive analysis, coefficient of determination (R2) and multiple linear regression model analysis were carried out using the help of the IBM SPSS v.25 application. Based on the analysis that has been done, the results show that; 1) Transformational leadership has no significant effect on employee performance; 2) training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; 3) Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and (4) Transformational leadership, training and organizational culture together have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The coefficient of determination (R2) is 86%, meaning that the contribution of transformational leadership, training and organizational culture in predicting and explaining employee performance and 14% is the rest is influenced by other variables outside the regression model of this study.
