Abstraksi
To improve the quality and performance of employees, it is necessary to provide an injection of enthusiasm or motivation from the company to its human resources, in this case employees. Performance Allowance is one of the external factors that influence efforts to improve employee performance. Allowance itself means additional income outside of salary as assistance from the company, institution, or institution where they work. A company certainly has an organizational structure & its respective roles in order to support the success of the company's vision and mission. Karyawans are the vanguard of a company to serve its customers. Good, friendly & polite service is an obligation to become a Karyawan. Karyawans are a reflection of the company when serving its customers, therefore the role of the Karyawan position is no less important than the role of other positions in a company. Employee selection for the Karyawan position is also no less selective. Height, weight, demeanor, good communication, and calmness are some of the many criteria that Karyawans must have. PT. KA Wisata as a subsidiary of PT. Kereta Api Indonesia as one of the Karyawan service providers includes counter officers, customer service & announcers. Therefore, performance allowances are also appropriate to be given to frontline workers to support their performance.
