Abstraksi
This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership and organizational culture on employee performance, both directly and indirectly through work motivation as an intervening variable. The research was conducted at PT. Rmdms Yanto Indonesia, a company engaged in the trade of agricultural and marine products. The study employed a quantitative approach using Partial Least Squares (PLS) analysis technique. The sample consisted of 31 respondents, who were employees of PT. Rmdms Yanto Indonesia, selected using the total sampling method. The results revealed that leadership has a positive and significant effect on both work motivation and employee performance. Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on work motivation but does not significantly influence employee performance. Additionally, work motivation was found to have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Indirectly, leadership significantly affects employee performance through work motivation, and organizational culture also shows a significant indirect effect on employee performance through work motivation. These findings highlight the importance of effective leadership, a supportive organizational culture, and high work motivation in enhancing employee performance.
