Abstraksi

The quality of healthcare services and expected health outcomes reflect that nurses' performance not only affects themselves but also has a broad impact on patient safety and the overall quality of care. Based on a preliminary survey conducted by the researcher through direct observation of nurses in one of the wards at Ngimbang Regional Hospital (RSUD Ngimbang) at the end of February 2025, it was found that most nurses demonstrated good performance, while one nurse showed less satisfactory performance. The aim of this study is to analyze the relationship between organizational factors and nurses' performance in delivering nursing care at RSUD Ngimbang. This study employs a Correlation Analysis method with a Cross-Sectional approach. Using a probability sampling technique—specifically simple random sampling—a total of 58 respondents were selected. The study utilized a questionnaire instrument to assess both organizational factors and nurses' performance. The findings revealed that the majority of nurses perceived organizational factors as favorable, with 51 nurses (87.9%) indicating good organizational conditions. In addition, most nurses (55 individuals or 94.8%) demonstrated good performance in delivering nursing care. The data were analyzed using SPSS version 25.0 for Windows, applying the Spearman Rank test with a significance level of α = 0.05. The result showed a p-value (ρ) of 0.000, indicating a significant relationship between organizational factors and nurses' performance in providing nursing care at RSUD Ngimbang. Based on these findings, it is expected that nurses' behavior in relation to organizational factors and performance in delivering care should be grounded in a strong and comprehensive understanding.
