Abstraksi
This study aims to analyze the effect of work motivation and job satisfaction on employee turnover intention at UD. Sari Bumi Lancar Sawo Dukun Gresik. Turnover intention is an important concern for companies because it can have an impact on productivity and operational stability. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method by distributing questionnaires to 60 employees as research samples. The independent variables studied are work motivation and job satisfaction, while the dependent variable is turnover intention. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 27 software. The results of the study indicate that work motivation has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention, as well as job satisfaction also has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. Simultaneously, work motivation and job satisfaction have a significant effect on turnover intention. This finding implies that increasing motivation and job satisfaction can be an effective strategy to reduce employee intentions to leave the company.
