Abstraksi

bstract: The background of this research is based on the view that the collectivity pattern is seen as very strategic to strengthen individual abilities in the process of making and making fair and wise decisions. Through a collective leadership model by prioritizing the process of caring for each other, sharpening and caring for each other among members of the leadership, it leads to the realization of democratization, accountability and transparency. This study aims to examine how much influence the variables of leadership behavior (X1), communication (X2), and motivation (X3) have simultaneously and partially influence on the performance of PK-BKM (Y), as well as to examine the dominant influence of the variable leadership behavior (X1), communication (X2), and motivation (X3) on PK-BK performance (Y). This research method uses a quantitative approach to test the hypothesis empirically against the hypotheses that have been set previously. The sample of this research was 200 members of PK-BKM in Lamongan Regency. The results of this study indicate that the independent variables consisting of leader behavior (X1), communication (X2), and motivation (X3) have a simultaneous and partial effect on performance (Y). The leader behavior variable (X1) has a beta value of 0.411, so this variable is stated to have a dominant influence on the performance of (Y) PK-BKM
