Abstraksi

Abstract Introduction/Main Objectives: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style on business performance by looking at the management, financial and social indicators applied to the BUM, Sekapuk Village, Sekapuk Village, Ujung Pangkah District, Gresik Regency. Background Problems: the limitations of business operations from the Covid-19 pandemic have an impact on every business performance. Therefore, a strong and appropriate leader is needed in taking a stance for the running of the business process. Research Methods: This research is a multi-level research study, where the researcher conducts research from 2 different samples with a quantitative approach. Finding/Results: The results of this study indicate that there is an influence of leadership style on business performance at BUM Desa Sekapuk in 3 indicator aspects. The results of the study also prove that the leadership style carried out by the leadership of BUM Desa Sekapuk is able to make the business performance of BUM Desa Sekapuk very good in management, financial and social aspects.
