Abstraksi

The purpose of this study was to identify and provide solutions to the headmaster problem in the aspect of education management in elementary schools. This research uses a descriptive qualitative research method with data collection used is observation, in-depth interviews, documentation. The data analysis technique uses data reduction by selecting the main points and focusing on the problems that exist in the institution so that it can provide a more focused and actual picture. The results of the study show that there are problems with human resources from educators and education staff, public trust is still not high for institutions, the performance of educators and education personnel who still need stimulus and still have honorary status and the local education office is still lacking in monitoring existing developments in private schools.
