Abstraksi

Cases of oil spills in the waters often occur in Indonesia. In 2019-2022, Indonesia had nearly 31 cases of oil spills. Therefore, it is urgent that the innovation of oil-degrading techniques that are fast and environmentally friendly is urgently needed to be studied. Oil can be widely distributed because of the nature of oil with a density lighter than water. So far, there are 3 solutions to oil problems, namely chemical, physical and biological. Physical method with oil skimmer method. Biological methods with bioremediation utilize microorganisms in degrading oil. Ecoenzyme is a multienzyme solution consisting of at least proteases, lipases and amylase. The type of enzyme depends on the base material used.Ecoenzymes are formed after three months through the fermentation process. Ecoenzymes are made from vegetable and fresh fruit waste, for example with pineapple peel waste. The application of ecoenzymes to water bodies during the remediation process will significantly affect pH, bacterial colonies, TPH, and viscosity with both stationary and shaker methods. The steady method treatment is effective in reducing TPH in A5B2 and A6B2, for viscosity reduction A3B2, A4B2,and A5B2. In the shaker method, the treatments that were effective in reducing TPH and viscosity parameters were A5B1 and A6B1. Ecoenzyme concentrations of 10% v/v and 15% v/v were the most effective doses to remediate 150ppm and 200ppm crude oil contamination
