Abstraksi

This study aims to determine the effect of providing incentives and benefits to the performance of employees in the Lamongan Regional Education Office Branch. This research uses quantitativeemployees in the Lamongan Regional Education Office Branch. This research uses quantitative methods. The population in this study were 5methods. The population in this study were 52 staff of PNS Education Personnel in the Lamongan2 staff of PNS Education Personnel in the Lamongan RegionRegion EducationEducation OfficeOffice Branch.Branch.
