Abstraksi

Patient satisfaction is an indicator of service providers, the number of people who are dissatisfied with the response time and health care facilities in the laboratory. The purpose of this study is to determine the Relationship between Response Time and Service Facilities with Outpatient Satisfaction Levels in the Laboratory of Muhammadiyah Ahmad Dahlan Hospital, Kediri City. This study used a cross-sectional research design. The population was all outpatients who examined the laboratory at Ahmad Dahlan Hospital, Kediri City with a sample of 58 respondents. The sampling technique used is accidental sampling. Data collection using questionnaires and observations and analyzed using statistical coeffisien contingency tests.The results showed that most stated that the response time of laboratory services was fast, namely 36 (62.1%), most respondents were satisfied in handling emergencies in patients, which was 41 (70.7%). The results of the statistical test of coefficient contingency with α ≤ 0.05 obtained results of 0.021. This means that there is a relationship between response time and service facilities with the Level of Satisfaction of Outpatients in the Laboratory of Muhammadiyah Ahmad Dahlan Hospital, Kediri City. To overcome patient dissatisfaction with response time and service facilities, performance must be fast and precise and the fulfillment of complete facilities that support services.
