Abstraksi
The number of people who need home care services but the uneven implementation and implementation of home care throughout the region properly as a result of limited manpower is causing dissatisfaction of patients who use this Home Care service. The purpose of the study is to determine the description of the level of satisfaction of Home Care patients at Muhammadiyah Ahmad Dahlan Hospital, Kediri City. The design of this study is Discriptive. The number of samples used was 50 respondents, patients are dissatisfied with the services of general practitioners and physiotherapists because the old doctors come in providing home care services and physiotherapists do not bring complete equipment for therapy because the toidak tools can be taken out of the hospital building. To overcome patients remain satisfied with the service while providing professional service and than patient dissatisfaction with home care services, performance must be in accordance with customer expectations which means punctuality, equal service for all customers without errors, sympathetic attitude with high accuracy.
