Abstraksi

Abstract -- Chronic kidney disease (CKD) and its treatment have an important part in forming the QoL of patients who have hemodialysis. As a result, CKD affects the quality of life from the physical, psychological, social and environmental dimensions. A descriprtive analytic study was conducted in the hemodialysis unit of the RSUD Dr. Soegiri Lamongan. A total of 88 CKD’s patients with hemodialysis were studied. Patient’s QOL was rated by WHOQOL-BREF questionnaires. The results showed that in the domain of quality of life, the low domain was physical with an average of 20 and the high domain was social with an average of 10. While most respondents with high quality of life as many as 78 people (88.6%) and a small respondent with medium quality of life as many as 10 people (11.4%). The results of this study can be concluded that most respondents have a high quality of life. However, the physical condition of CKD patients has significant problems.
